Zita Rudd is a self-aware perfectionist who brings a calming demeanor and a sharp sense of humor, honing her design skills under Allison’s leadership for more than 15 years. Together, they are a dynamic energy full of creativity and possibility.
Today, Allison’s acclaimed firm, Allison Paladino Interior Design & Collections, is excited to announce it is re-launching as Paladino Rudd Interior Design—formalizing a partnership that has thrived for the better part of two decades.

In addition to providing fine design and interior architecture services, Allison is also an active and creative voice in the design world, developing a variety of collections for some of the industry’s biggest names in furniture, lighting and design, including Perennials Fabrics, EJ Victor, Hickory Chair, Baker Furniture, Fine Art Handcrafted Lighting, Century Furniture, Visual Comfort and McGuire Furniture.
Our Leaders
Allison is an avid traveler with a passion for nature and all it offers. She loves to be anywhere near the water, boating, sailing, snorkeling, fishing and paddle boarding. She's even enjoyed cage diving with great whites in South Africa (and has incredible photos to prove it)! Allison fully embraces an active lifestyle and loves playing a round of golf or catching a ride on her Peloton.
Zita's biggest joy in life is her family—her young daughter, Siena, and her husband, Parker. When she's not busy keeping her mind, business, and health in tip-top shape, Zita loves volunteering with Siena in the local community on the weekends. Two of their favorite organizations are Christ Fellowship and Loggerhead Marinelife Center.
